1) What school is associated with the photo? Canyon High, Golden Valley, etc.

2) What sport is associated with the photo? Cheerleading, JV Cheerleading, Varsity Football, JV Football, Marching Band, Fans, etc.

3) Which gallery is associated with the photo? "Under the Lights", "Hart Passing Tournament", etc.

4) What is the number of the photo you would like to order? 1, 2, 3, etc.

5) What size photo do you want to order? 4 x 6, 5 x 7, 8 x 10, etc.
